Is there an original thread for this calculator? I tried on my K13 result and I got the below result. Seems Ok but I have a high distances. What is the reason for that? Is it bcz I do not have European background genetically?

Me too. On MyHeritage I score around 60% East European, 25% Greek/South Italian, rest is English, Scandinavian and Ashkenazi Jewish.

It is well known fact that they are more northern than us, I dont have problem with that.
The problem is when I get Croat before Serbian, and ph2ter, as 100% ethnic Croat, dont get his nation as #1, because Croatian average is south shifted. And that is silly.

I taught MH is the most boring Company as it gave me just 3 Ethnicities -75, 4 Balkan, 21 Greek and South Italian and 3.6 ME.

Haha! That's why I asked the possibility if your grandmother might have Bulgarian Turk root. My paternal ancestry(who is ethnic Turk) comes from Provadia and Kardzhali(3/4) and Komotini(1/4). My mother is Pomak and supposedly doesn't carry East Eurasian.

I haven't done it, actually haven't heard much about it. Can you post your results?

Bro I saw some myheritage youtube clips of Hungarian almost everyone of them score Scandinavian. And Jewish score thats not a question the jews live in hungary almost 1200 years some of them convert to Christianity and some of them just had a good time you know lol (:

Alright, this makes sense in the grand scheme of things, I guess Probably some older admixtures since both of them are pretty low.

Might be a generic thing but it gave me various stuff, so to this date I consider it the most accurate .

I wanted to test my parents, but they stopped it, they don't answer to ppl's emails anymore.

I haven't heard of any Turkish ancestry on my mather's side , and as I said she scores WA 2.5 or something on 23andme.
I score around 3.
But my father scores Anatolian and overall WA around 9 %.
He's E-V13.
I know my father's family emigrated from the Turkish border.
My mum's side is a mystery- Probably Romanian Tatar 1% that logically leads to Crimean Tatars...
