Not funny and I wasn't trolling. I'm not blind and can see the South Asian. If it weren't for that part the results would be fairly Moldovan. And for that matter, Tzigane ancestry is more common in Romanian-speaking areas than in Russian-speaking. At least in relative numbers if not absolute.

Just because they might score like a Moldovan, doesn't make them one. If you mix a Greek and a Lithuanian, you will more or less get a Moldovan/Eastern Romanian.
Do these names look Moldovan to you?

The email points to a Russian from Moscow.

Ah, it's not about South Asian at all. It's not like we don't have Moldovans in our spreadsheet with that amount of South Asian. I would have thought that she's Moldovan too, but this is why it's important to verify the kits.
I was suspicious because of the forename firstly, Lyubov, which to me came as a clue that she is at least half Russophone (be it Russian, Ukrainian, Gagauz, Bulgarian, Gypsy, Jewish, etc.). Then the next clue came when I looked her kit up and saw that the surname is Russian. Then I saw her related kits, which are also all non-Moldovan ethnics. Then the last hint came when I actually found her online as a person from Moscow for whom Russian is listed as Native language and German as beginner. Romanian is nowhere to be seen, even at beginner level.
Therefore, there's no clue to point at her tracing any part of ancestry from Moldova.

We don't have any migration from Romania. Moldova is way poorer and in Moldova there are less than 10k.

She could be that Belorussian.
I'm looking at her matches and there's a certain Sherbakov (same family) that's her relative at 28cM. He has a family tree and is from Belarus on both sides.

Maybe she's an orphan from Moldova, who was adopted by a family from Moscow? But that's a wild guess without any proofs, especially exacerbated by the fact that she doesn't appear to match anyone from Moldova or Romania or Ukraine in her closest matches.
