BD, how's your project going?

Having some trouble, not sure what I'm doing wrong that is causing the output files to be seemingly unfindable on my computer. Thinking of reinstalling everything and trying again once I get a lull in the university schedule. Figure afore I start askin' folks to participate, might as well figure out the kinks.

EDIT:

I switched everything to the d: drive and am currently giving it a go, seems to be working right now, will see once everything is completed if output files can be found. That is all if my laptop doesn't overheat, the program is at about 70 k of 550,725.

Who else from in here is in cluster14? I think it's a strong indication of Celtic/pre-Celtic ancestry and certainly a very low/minimal input from Germanics.

Just for clarification. I am UK40, so should I take it the form reads pop-X and then the list of people within that population? If this is the case then I am pop17 (Northwest European).

Yes, but it pays to check your position on the tree as well, to see who you're closest to (refer to the top of the raw coancestry matrix image).

Don't worry about that PCA. The lower diversity of the Northeast Euros skews the results for most of the others. That plot is basically only useful for those from east of Holland/Belgium. Find yourself on these plots for more precise placement amongst the other Brits.
