Pretty average. However he's a bit more Central Asian shifted considering he's not even fully Azerbaijani.
I am not familiar with Mazandari results but I guess they should have less East Eurasian than Farsi. Interestingly, your father scores 7+% East Eurasian and he can be modeled as half Anatolian Turk and half Iranian. However, his distance to Azeris is pretty close.

Yes Mazandaranis are usually less East Eurasian (I think)
However I only know that she was from there, I don't know much about her actual background.

Cool results. Although you have also non Azerbaijani ancestors, your father look like a regular one. I think many in Iran have some Azerbaijani ancestors, especially the people in neighboring to them.

Your father could have ancestors who fled from Anatolia to Azerbaijan region. At least according to this results.

Yes it's possible. Some turkish scholars/authors believe this theory too but it's not confirmed:

[Our name] Avşarı’ndan bazı gruplara Osmanlı topraklarında da rastlıyoruz.

Dulkadir or Karaman is a possibilty

It is well known, that many eastern Anatolian turkmens fled to Iran. The sad side of ottoman history, they killed ten thousands of turkmens in konya. But not just Afshar tribe fled, they were enough sunnis of them in Anatolia. But after conquering Anatolia of Ottomans they had more importance in Iran.
