Why am I consistently getting jewish and other mena results with 2, 3 and 4 population approximations? The ashkenazi admixture could be real?

Could be. Red sea is elevated, your east med is also little high considering how northeastern your results are. IMHO it's possible you are few percent Jewish, but only trough matches it can be confirmed for certain.
