DF27 is far too old to be Celtiberian. Subclades of DF27 found in Scandinavia and other places in NW Europe were brought there by Bell-Beakers and have little to do with later Iberian migrations.
And also there are Germanic-Norse subclades of P312 that peak in southern Scandinavia. It's not as black and white as some here might believe.
