Looks normal. Probably has some tork ancestry (very common all over Iran). But certainly not the average for Shiraz, as you can see by the distances.

Maybe ask the person, idk. There were also Turkish-tribes in South of Iran who are mostly completely assimilated by now (except Qashqai). He has 3% East Eurasian could be 1/4 Azeri too or half. There are also full Azeris who are only around 36% Caucasus. A large percentage of Azerbaijanis doesn't have anything to do with Transcaucasus region. A common misconception.
Kurdish ancestry could be possible too.

Probably Anatolian ancestry, a substantial port if Azerbaijanis/ tribes in Iran are descending from Anatolian Turks. Probably the reason why the person is clustering with Kurds/Zazas: Big Iranian + visible Anatolian(Turk) influence.

By the way, it would interesting to find some people from Fereydoonshahr. It's the place where Iranian Georgians live. They are completely Islamicized of course and probably mixed by now but still at least half Georgians half Persians must be common.

Good point, i once read that Safevids settled a lot of Caucasians in Persia (Armenians/Georgians/Circissians) but i dont know whether they left genetic traces?

They don't differ so much from Iranians genetically, in that regard a settlement from 16/17th century won't leave any traces. Settlements from Qajar and Pahlavi periods is a different story.

A few Georgians in Fereydoonshahr are said to remain to this day. You can even find signs in Georgian in that city.
