Yes, even it makes fun to read, just Auerbaijanis have more loanwords, but you can derive them from context. I also wanted learn Persian but the beginners cours still costs over 100€.

I think it would be nice learning more about Azerbaijani genetics, i think about Anatolian Turks we have already many samples and informations. I even would bet there are Auerbaijanis who have more mongoloid than the most mongoloid Turk.

I think Anatolian Turks and Republic of Azerbaijan are very well covered in terms of DNA testing. And there is more to come. Iranian Azerbaijan is still a wasteland in terms of results. There is still much to explore. In fact we just have a couple of Tebriz results from a study thats it. Also other turkic groups in Iran we also have zero data.

In Republic the Northwest seems to have the strongest turkic input so far. They are Terekeme mostly.
