    There seems to be some minor admixture. Although it's barely 3%. I'd say below 5 percent can be considered "assimilated" (5-10% Oghuz is basically nothing).

    Yes, below 5% is still visible Turkic, but not substantial anymore.

    Idk about Chechens,but haplogroup L is very common among Easter Blacksea Turks. Maybe some Caucasian subclade?

    Um, not really. L is the third most common HG among Chechens, I believe. Of course at least 70-75% of them are J2 and J1 (in that order).

    Yes, A lot of Chechen have that haplogroup. I didn't know that.

    It is also very commong among Central Anatolian Turks and some groups in northern Syria and Druzes.
