Hard to say. The difference between Wales and England generally is more Insular vs Continental shift than North vs South. I'd say Wales overall appears to be more Northern shifted than SW England and definitely Cornwall, but South Wales is probably similar.

This is an average of 22 Welsh academic kits (more Southern than the Welsh kits I've collected), and an average of 24 Southwest English kits, 7 from Cornwall.

I don't like those academic Welsh kits. Gedmatch samples are better representative in my opinion.
Also Irish academic samples are "super-Irish" comparing to every Gedmatch Irish kit.

What do you mean? I've found the Irish gedmatch kits to have less Baltic and more North Atlantic than the old Irish average in K13.

I added (to most popular calcs by now) new option from last Vahaduo script update.

When you click ADC, new function "recalculate" appears. By default is yes, if you change to no, results sometimes differ substantially.
Also now different "Cycles" could change results more than before.

Worth to try.
