But it not autochtonous Polish community. Poles live SE Latvia since centuries and I'm sure they are just like Lithuania Poles, without any significant Siberian.
No one ever heard about long-established Polish minority in Estonia. Some workers arrived in inter-war period from Poland. Then in Soviet times some miners from former Kresy arrived too. But they aren't native minority and genetic population in valid sense. And it is just about 1500-2000 people dispersed all over the country.

It is like creating Russian reference from Russians living in Poland. https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosjanie_w_Polsce But in such case it would be even valid in case of Starover community from Augustów. No such thing in Estonia for Poles.
