I've made a solid Russian average for K13! It's based on 35 kits with more or less known genealogy, cherrypicked on the basis of their origin, not because they score a high or low amount of X,Y,Z. I also took into account the size of the population in each region - e.g. I used more people from Central Russia and the Volga region than from Northern or Southern Russia. Siberia and the Far East weren't used as they are too mixed and would probably be somewhere between this one and Kargopol/Kostroma (ranging between full Ukrainians and Uralics).

First of all, there aren't many of them on Gedmatch, the Far Eastern Federal District contains only 5% of the Russian population. Secondly they are hardly a distinct group. Some would be in the Ukrainian or Southern Russian range, others would be more Northern. Places like Buryatia and Yakutia are excepted to have a large percentage of mixed, heavily Asian people, I've come across a few such cases (needless to say many people from there look blatantly mixed-race).
Believe me, you won't score that, so you don't need them

You can model yourself with what I did plus the other ones. You are only quarter Russian anyway and that quarter is regionally mixed.
