Nope, Each coordinate corresponds to a component of each project, Gedrosia of Dodecad corresponds to Gederosia of Dodecad etc..., only there will be a double correspondence in shared components, which in theory should make the result more accurate in terms of population percentages, and with a distance less than the sum of the distances of the two separate projects.

The possibilities are endless, you can mix sources from several projects and calculators using your own coordinates in the same order of those same projects and calculators.
