Maybe we can start on TA free database of G25 coords? At least 100 or 200 users here had g25.

But how to create Ukrainian average correctly? South-western Ukraine is represented the best - so Ukrainian average shifts to Croats and Slovaks. If northern Ukraine was represented the best - average would shift to Belarussians. Your autosomal investigation of Croats is much more better because all regions are well represented. It cannot be said so about Ukraine - some important regions like Podolia or Middle Dnieper are almost not represented. Volyn is also badly represented.

That is why you should create weighted Ukrainian national average - so each region is represented according to population size.
So, if most Ukrainians live eg. around Kiev than central Ukraine should be given more weight according to it's percentage in total population.
