Probably in Copani and Frunze, if I were to guess by the origin of the toponyms. However Frunze could also have no relation to them, as he was a Soviet war hero, and such names exist in other places throughout the former union.
We have this documentary from Kirovograd oblast that's just at the top of your image, villages of Martynosha and Grutskoe, which are former Moldovan colonies. Nowadays they are very mixed and the language survives mostly among the elderly.

By the way, the Chisinau Russian is J2b (IB never mentions Y DNA). That's uncommon in ethnic Russians, though not totally strange either.

Interestingly J2b2 has relatively decent concentration in Volga-Ural region, among Mordvins, Chuvashes and Tatars.

That guy is unambiguously Russian paternally at least, which Leto knows. So it's a Russian haplo, but could also be from minorities. When Russians settled here, nobody asked them what ethnicity they were originally at home

J2b is not unheard of in ethnic Russians, that guy is not a "minority" unless he has some Jewish in him or something like that.
Close to 80% of ethnic Russians are R1a, N1a1 or I2a2. If you add R1b and I1 the percentage will rise to 90% or so. That's why I pointed that out.
