Yes, Szekelys and Csangos can score around 7%. I was referring to Romanians, since such cases are not known to me. You must be confusing something and are probably referring to this post, where I have posted Csangos (ethnic Hungarians from Moldavia region in Romania). Nowadays, most of them identify as Romanian Catholics, but at their origin they are Hungarian and had a partially different ethnogenesis.

I think yes, on average Szeklers have more, than Romanians, I saw both Romanians and Szekely with 7-8% Eastern Eurasian and Russians in northern and eastern areas have DNA from assimilated Finno-Ugric people, but not from Turkic tribes, if you are about East Asian genetic, then Northern and Eastern Russians have much more ( about 10-12% )

Possibly but I have yet to see extensive studies and comparisons between both.
There was a thread in this forum where Hungarians were posting highest Turkic scores from one of the calculators as I recall the highest score in the end was from a Romanian member, maybe that is what prompted my earlier question.

If not Germans settling there, they would have high Turkic scores, like Szeklers

Szekelys have significant German admixture that sets that apart from Romanians and their German input is on average higher than that in Hungarians from east and northeastern Hungary.
They also have significant Germanic ydna.

What makes them different from Hungarians proper apart from higher mongoloid is the fact they have significantly less Slavic and more Paleo Balkan admixture than them.
