Finished the components of the Eurogenes K13 calculator for all 22 samples of the Poltava average
Despite some differences, Ukrainians are quite "homogeneous" within the country
Are only Moldovan Ukrainians in the top 25 samples? and the Russians? from the Southwest
There are no Belarusians or Poles at a conditional distance of -4 for "Poltava"

* The first nearest population is the same Poltava population from the first 13 samples
That is, the next 9 samples in a conditional radius of 25 km did not significantly change the proportions of the components

I don't understand how you calculate distances. Based on Eurogenes K13? In Vahaduo?
I have these data:
North_Atlantic 21.88 Pct
Baltic 39.32 Pct
West_Med 12.6 Pct
West_Asian 8.8 Pct
East_Med 12.61 Pct
Red_Sea 0.88 Pct
South_Asian 0.39 Pct
East_Asian 0.38 Pct
Siberian 0.99 Pct
Amerindian 0.82 Pct
Oceanian 1.34 Pct
Northeast_African -
Sub-Saharan -

You are certainly 1/4 or even 1/2. AncestryDNA is the best if you want to calculate how much Balkanic you are in your case. You score about 20%, as I remember, Moldovans probably score half East Euro half Balkanic. AncestryDNA is the best in your case, because even very south-shifted Ukrainians without any real recent Balkanic ancestry do not get any Balkans % here, if you score it there that means very recent Moldovan heritage

running these samples (less the three outliers) together with the K13 updated sheet:
Target: Nurzat
Distance: 0.3427% / 0.34270312
39.3 Ukraine_Ternopilska
17.7 Ukraine_Kropyvnytska
12.8 Ukraine_Sumska
7.2 Abhkasian
7.2 Ukraine_Zakarpatska
6.7 French_Basque
3.3 Sardinia

1.3 Greek_Northern-Thrace
0.7 Turk_East_Black_Sea
0.4 Yoruban
0.3 Dai
0.2 Greek_Western-Thrace

then, only using the Ukrainian samples and Romanian 10 regions averages:
Target: Nurzat
Distance: 1.7171% / 1.71713205 - distance too high
53.3 Ukraine_Ternopilska
15.3 Romania_Muntenia
13.2 Romania_Oltenia
10.2 Ukraine_Zakarpatska
5.5 Ukraine_Kropyvnytska
2.5 Ukraine_Chernivetska
when to Ukrainian and Romanian I add Greek and German samples - much better distance (Caucasus-rich Greek makes sense in the case of Greek boyars in Moldova, that often actually came from present Turkey), but funnily no Romanian samples get chosen, maybe because Moldovans are naturally a sort of a Ukrainian-Greek mix (not ethnically or recent but in terms of macro components, like Farmer plus Steppe model)?
Target: Nurzat
Distance: 0.9940% / 0.99401827
52.4 Ukraine_Ternopilska
21.6 Ukraine_Zakarpatska
11.3 Greek_Western-Thrace
5.3 Greek_Trabzon
5.1 German_West
4.3 Ukraine_Kropyvnytska

but the Ternopil oblast sample from Berezhany looks a bit of an outlier or thereabouts, at least a bit shifted towards Romania, so I ran again K13 updated calculator, including all Ukrainian samples, less the outliers and less Ternopil Berezhany sample:

Distance: 0.5527% / 0.55270249
