To the best of my knowledge:

60% West German
25% Southern German
12% English
Small % Prussian

My uncle (her brother) who did all the research for the fam tree, claims that we have Prussian ancestry too (it's a family story), although he can't prove it through the paper trail as the ancestor is listed simply as German. My mother does score 6% Eastern European on AncestryDNA. I also noticed that my DNA relatives who are connected to the supposedly Prussian line all score some Eastern European, so I do think my mother has this ancestry but it is not detectable on Eurogenes.

A German American from Wisconsin. He was born in the U.S., his parents and even some grandparents were also born there but all of his ancestry seems to be German (German first and last names), mostly from modern Poland and also from modern Eastern Germany like Saxony and Thuringia.

He is pretty Eastern

But he is still German and I'm sure there is no "Slavic" identity in his family whatsoever. Only German American.

He may be avarage Prussian from what I've seen. They were a blend of Balts, Poles and Germans considering ancestry.
I think he's unique because not many White Americans are only one ethnicity nowadays.

Hmm, I used to assume that the Balts probably had a very neglible impact on any modern day German or even many Germans from Poland, but I am reconsidering. I remember you helping me work out some things with my father's ancestry before and he indeed seemed to have a little Baltic.

Parts of the Midwest are still heavily German. That man is not young, his grandkids may be half African American now

True, although it still isn't "rare" to find full Germans of my generation in Wisconsin. I think more Bavarians and Swabians went there, but like you've pointed with these results, there are also some from further north and east.

East Prussians are heavily Baltic, but most of Germans from Poland not.
