He models good as 3/4 Talysh + 1/4 Persian of some sort. Could also be Tat, maybe? The name provided sounds kind of atypical for a Persian in general, to be honest.
I doubt he would have North Caucasian ancestry. Muhajirs and other deportee's were settled along Mazandaran shores except for a couple cases. They were mostly ethnic Georgians and Circassians, and he is not fitting too well

He could be a Feyli Kurd with a little Arab admixture. The Feylis and Lurs in parts of Iraq do have Arab admixture.

You do realize that Kurds score as high as 32% Gedrosian and 5% S. Asian on this calculator. Here are some Kurd results from http://kurdishdna.blogspot.com/search?q=dodecad . It doesn't seem to be active lately. Here are some Sorani and Feyli Kurds (the averages for Kurds you have are not necessarily representative for Iraqi Kurds such as these)
