You made up some criteria, whereby number of Azerbaijanis in Iran (which is probably higher 12 mln) somehow negates Azerbaijan being Caucasian country. Never mind that it is by far the biggest in the region.
Never mind that even in Dagestan they are the 6th (close to 5th) most populous ethnicity and historically has been very influential. The language has been lingua franca of the region, and even now many ethnicities in South Dagestan, especially Tabasaran, are speaking Azerbaijani.

It is just a region to which big chunk (not all) of Azerbaijanis belong to, which is a fact. (am not Russian sector btw)

Saudi and She (had to google this) I assume are added by the algorithm to account for SWA and EA respectively.
It is as expected. Dad is from the northern part of the country (high NE and Gedrosia), while my mother is from the southern part(SWA+EA).
