this person's ancestors moved from Montenegro (Tepca, possibly some other places too) to Sijarina, Southern Serbia, at the end of the 19th century. Then after WW2, most of the families from that village migrated to Srpski Miletic, in the northernmost part of Serbia.

Troughout all these migrations it was only families from Montenegro migrating together and intermarrying with each other, so she's actually still of fully Montnegrin ancestry.

I do wonder if these Serbs who are under L713 but from different regions match with each other or have a different haplotype? I'm trying to guess what population might bring it to the region but can not make a certain evaluation as I do not know the pre-Ottoman registers of Serbia. The clade's itself found in the medieval Turks, Avars from Hungary, Huns from various regions, either a Proto Bulgar or Avar from Bulgaria as well as having an origin from Iron Age Altay. Strong presence within Hungarians, Romanians, and Serbians may indicate more than one source for it -if haplotypes are diverse- or a strong connection with a particular group I mentioned previously.

I couldn't find much info on the forum or website. It's found in Macedonia and Southern Serbia as well. So this man is more likely to originate from there (since that's where Vojvodina Serbs come from), and not from a Serbianized Hungarian or Romanian.
Maybe it has something to do with Kumanovo? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kumanovo#Etymology

I found one of your Bosansko Grahovo Serbian samples https://i.ibb.co/6N1mdS7/20200318-153619.jpg

His paternal ancestors settled in Grahovo from Strmica (in the second half of 19th century i think)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strmica,_Croatia
According to Aleksandar Bačko deeper origin of paternal line of family is from one island near Zadar from where they moved to Strmica in 18th century. They celebrate Đurđevdan and surname is quite specific. Surname was present in both places Strmica and Grahovo until 1995 (both places were full Serbian).
