Palestinians are obviously more native than Ashkenazi Jews, but the Samaritans(most native of all) should kick the Palestinians out as well. Iraqi Jews also probably have a better claim than Palestinians, but other MENA Jews like Yemenite, Iranian and North African are likely too mixed.
Also, it's very, very possible Ashkenazi Jews will have higher IBD sharing with ancient Palestinians/Judeans if Palestinians have more outside of Palestine Arab ancestry than Ashkenazis have European. A lot of Arabs did move around during Islamic conquests, the Islamic Caliphates, even later during the Kingdom of Egypt(likely how they got their SSA) and Ottoman Empire, but I would doubt it and later Arab admixture is probably much less than European admixture in Ashkenazis. We also know Bedouins are rather new comers to Palestine. I wouldn't say that matters though anyway, because overall genetic similarity is more important. I would say the French have a better claim to Spain than Mexicans, even though Spanish and Mexicans share more IBD together than Spanish do to French.
The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.divided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpineoldschool anthropology
