That wasn't my point. From the samples i mentioned in the post you replied to have either levantine shifts or even more "northern" anatolian/caucasus shifts. All the others seem to be more or less pure. At least not 50 or 25 percent foreign. No ethnicity will be 100% monolithic or homogenous. A 2-3% variation is to be expected nearly everywhere.

I dunno mate about persian jews being purely ancient babylonian Jewish. Even Iraqi jews aren't probably 100% ancient babylonian jewish. The difference might be 5-10% at max in iraqi jews and in persian jew a little bit more than that. As for the mountain jews in general they do show the closest affinity to kurdish jews, iranian jews out of all the other mizrahi jews. I don't know if they interbred with caucasians but they might have interbred slightly with iranians plotting them a tad north to persian and kurdish jews. As for the other results i mentioned in the previous post,imo there seems to be a difference worth of 5-15% either to the levantine side or the anatolian/caucasus side.

It is probably safe to say that any mountain jew who scores more caucasus and plots closer to all the 3 assyrian groups, azeri jews and both armenian groups along with eastern black sea turks, eastern turks and pontic greeks compared to georgian jews is around 15% caucasus admixed...

Apparently, Crimean Tatar mother has emigrated to Shusha, Azerbaijan in the early to mid 20th century.
