I understand. My question was mostly rhetorical, because I am not a proponent of treating Terekeme as some separate sub-ethnos. It was mostly used for nomadic groups as opposed to settled ones.
If I am not mistaken, Terekeme in Dagestan were moved there by Kaitag Utsmi from present day Shemakha, Azerbaijan. The reason they are Sunni is maybe due to this nomadic way of life, or some other obscure reason.

These photos, taken in Gobustan in 1940-1950s , are of the nomadic Elat (don't know anything about them) tribe/people. Very unique looking people. First women looks almost Saami:

Some Dags look really archaic. This is a Lak from Dagestan. A fucking huge percentage of European admixture!

If you didn't tell me that this person was a Lak, I'd have assumed that he was Avar or Dagin. They usually score this type of extreme results. Do you know which part of Lak are this person is from?
Afaik, they have some territorial overlap with Dargins.

sorry, i am new to gedmatch. this is Admixture (heritage)/ Dodecad K12b result , did i something wrong ? i think my mother's ancestors is from Afshar origin from Azerbaijan or iran. some gedmatch calculator results show that i close to Azerbaijan_Azeri or Iran_Azeri.

my kit number is WX5068363. I would be very happy if you could do a detailed review. I think it will be beneficial for me as well as for the community. thank you

Don't take these things literally (Circassian, Armenian, Arab). That just means you're more Eastern than the Western Turkish populations. And also more Southern to some extent (see the Kuwait/Yemeni thing). Like I said, you seem to be heavily Caucasian. But I think your East Eurasian/Mongoloid is totally normal for Central-Eastern Turkey if that's where you're from. Iran/Azerbaijan doesn't appear here though.
