Does Jewish admixture exist in ethnic Germans? I mean from at least the 1000s all the way to the 1930s they lived in many parts of modern Germany. I kinda doubt the Nazis found out everyone who was half or quarter Jewish, though the vast majority of unassimilated Jews did leave the Reich between 1933 and 1939.

It exists, but it's most common not to have. I now refer to 23andMe results, where Ashkenazi Jewish is most precisely determined. From 1000 AD to 1800 AD hardly any mixing happened. But after 1800 it happened by a number of conversions, but such early things were not relevant for the Thrid Reich (with very few exceptions). As for 1933-1945: Half Jews within the German Empire were finally persecuted, but not killed (in Poland the holocaust was extended to half Jews). Quarter Jews were not persecuted and even expressly considered part of the German people. But in some aspects they were discriminated. One of the chief purchasers for Hitler's planned art museum in Linz was Hildebrand Gurlitt, who was known to have 1/4 Jewish ancestry. So this did not hinder to be even privileged that way in the Third Reich.

Conclusion: Even if the nationalsocialist government found every half and quarter Jew, none of them was killed (however not along the rules) and hence permanently removed. But a notable number of half Jews will have left Germany after WWII for feeling offended and uncomfortable.

It exists of course, but it is not the norm and uncommon. However trace levels of Jewish ancestry are very common among ethnic Poles. Low amount of AJ score on 23andme is more common than not among Poles according to data I saw at least.

It's an outlier, like stated and heavily Slavic. We got some kits from northern Brandenburg recently and they are much more Germanic.
