Yeah I’m aware there was local Serbs who were islamised and not Sandzakians, that’s why I mentioned the two separately. Indigenous Bosniaks from rural regions seem to range from southern Croat like to eastern Croat like is my observation, not that southern/eastern Croats are the same. it’s Sarajevo Bosniaks who seem to be more similar to Bosnian Serbs, probably because many of them are like Bosniensis and have roots outside Bosnia. For indigenous rural Bosniaks it isn’t uncommon for them to hit Baltic in the mid to high 30s, something which isn’t common in any serb group.

We lack Herzegovina Bosniak samples unfortunately.

Bosnia and Herzegovina (regions) don't seem really different though, at least by judging Croat results. Both have high Slavic and Balkan/southern shifted results. So maybe for Bosniaks it will be the same.
It's only east Herzegovina Serbs who seem to differ, likely due to strong Montenegrin influence. I'd be curios to see muslim samples from west and east Herzegovina and do they differ or not.

No. southern and eastern Croats are very similar genetically, we just lacked proper east Croat average. Soon it will be fixed.

Are you trolling? East Croat average is not representative and it's made on small sample size, Slavonians aren't that Baltic on average.
And Bosniaks from Bosnia are indeed genetically closer to Croats than Serbs, Serbs rarely have such high Baltic results.

Overall Bosniaks may be more Baltic than either group (even though their average needs update as well, it is also too much Baltic imo)

No. Southern Croat and Serb averages are very stable and representative, made of huge sample size. With people with full ancestry from these regions.

Do not rely on personal results of several random users on amateur forums when talking about regional averages, rely on peer-reviewed genetic studies.

Wrong. Peer reviewed samples are often highly unrepresentative, including foreigners and mixed people from large cities, and not checked for grandparents ancestry at all.
What we have on Vahaduo is vastly superior and more representative.

the one currently in Vahaduo is Central + Tuzla, Dunai renamed it to just "Bosniak".
I think it should be renamed to Bosniak_central_Bosnia, and the Sarajevo average should be added back as "Bosniak".
