I didn't saw by now , there are Macedo-Serbs , Macedo-Bosnians , Macedo-Croats with 26-30 Baltic and they are usually from Northeast Kumanovo / Kriva Palanka , but full Macedonians no.

This guy from Skopje is y-dna R1b-L277 , there are many Macedonians with this haplogroup , but still I can't find nothing specific about this y-dna.
