No. Essentially nothing meaningful, but a lot of misunderstandings ("My chromosome 17 is Irish!").
First, this GEDmatch function has shown to not sum up to your whole genome (kit) result, if you try to add the results, also, when taking into account the different weights (sizes) of the chromosomes. (I reported this bug years ago to GEDmatch before the purchase by Verogen and they wanted to check that but there never happened anything.) Second, the possibilities to score various components are not evenly distributed among the chromosomes. There are no references for what a Dutch f. i. scores on chromosome 22. And comparing what someone scores on chromosome 22 with what someone scores on the whole genome (kit) is like comparing an apple with a potatoe.
What you can see, is which choromosome - in tendency - contributes with what to your over all result.

Does it have any value in order to estimate 1/8 Syrian and 1/8 French Ancestry taking into account the rest is 50% North Italian and 25% Italian from Lazio? Please help.
