Little update for Central and South Macedonians , I will start with posting now averages per city not region I think I have enough kits from each city.

Sample TG1266172 is one of my matches in Gedmatch!

Largest segment = 11.4 cM
Total cM = 34.9
Generations = 4.3

Given the fact he is half Greek, his results seems more Northern shifted than average Macedonian

He is not half Greek , he is full Macedonian , but one half is from Aegean Macedonia, and eastern Macedonians and Aegean Macedonians have high North Atlantic , his results are normal for Central and Eastern Macedonians , most of the Macedonians plot more western towards Tuscans than south towards Greeks, same as Ghegs and many Albanians.

You have similar results like this guy from Shtip also your results are kinda Macedonian , half of the Macedonian gedmatch kit's have like your results , just with 1-3% more Baltic , but in general the same pattern , higher North Atlantic than Baltic and higher East med than West med or same percentage, here's some of Macedonians similar to your results ;
