I hope none of our Russian TA members will be forced to go fight in this dirty and shit war.

Every war is dirty and shit and every war ends with someone's victory or defeat, so I normally wish my country to be winner there. You have to think and avoid conflicts before war, not during the war. Partial mobilization was natural, as it's impossible to win on territory of size of France with 160k soldiers.

I'm not against joining as a signal troops reservist, but as I've discovered one hour ago I'm barely needed, my sphere is overfilled with personell since the beginning. Life is not a fun walk in a sunny day anyway, nothing happens by chance and everything has consequences and decides future.

Honestly, I think this is sign of losing the war and there will be more cannon fodder. Highly doubt reservists have any desire to fight and leave their bones in Ukraine, especially those that have no ancestral ties to Ukraine. Thus they won't be a quality fighters. Another question is how they will be supported in equipment and ammo. Could there be protests in Russia like Americans did when they were sent to Vietnam?

Better jail than dead. This war could end up incredibly bloody. Much more than anyone predicted. Both sides have huge losses already and now it's only intensifying.

I hope the Russian members make it back alive if they have to go to Ukraine. We lost an Armenian member couple years back to war, hope something like that does not happen again.

Everything in God's hands and all wars are totally deserved by nations, often for both sides. I never overestimated my life, it's a short earthly period which will luckily end, not seeking to lose life, no desire to live at any cost. Wars existed, exist and will exist till the end of the World, they're natural. Christianity and stoicism is the best combo, just accept a reality, I say it as an extreme hedonist before my 30s. War is reality, reasons which leaded for it are reality, actions and involvement of both sides is reality, you just can't deny it by saying it's "good" or "bad".

No one's attitude does not change anything. There's a war with exact reasons and backstory, there's a long way which leaded to it, it's foolish for me to deny reality.

It’s not just that. 200k troops (from Russian side) is really not enough to fight vs 1 million Ukrainians. It was expected that Putin will mobilise. We will se now… this war will go to the last possible point for sure.

Putin should have invaded with much bigger force from the start and make war as quick as possible. Now it's too late in my opinion.
