It means that you can be "modeled" as a mix of the populations shown above, while PCA allows you to superficially visualize the populations closest to you.

My friends results from Greece, According to him he is 50% Pontic Greek and 50% Thracian Greek but from todays Turkish side of Thrace out side of Istanbul, Can anyone help me interpret his results

This is what I get and I am the same mix with him (but from Northern Thrace not Eastern, not that it makes a huge difference, at least ethnographically).

He seems to have inherit more of the Anatolian/caucasus admix then you, and what does his Haplogroup say about his ancestery?

Does my friends Haplogroup J-M67 mean that gis ancestors were probably from caucasus or middle East and got Hellenized?

J-M67 is too broad of an upstream branch, man, to reach conclusions.

If he puts his raw dna in in Yfull, could it come closer to his branch there, or does he have to take a new test like ftdna or sonthing equal?
