I´ve posted my mother´s results, she is Basque from Álava province...(more peri-Basque than "pure" Basque, although 15- 16% WHG)
For Baltics, one of the Corded Ware culture sample (Spyginas) has double WHG than any modern Lithuanian, and at least half of the samples have more than 20% WHG, most of them Corded but also BBs.
Can you post your results?

It´s true that Baltics (Lithuanians at least) have distances about 3 with this model, but this distance doesn´t change adding Baltic_HG individual samples, even removing the Corded Ware Spiginas2 sample.
Basques are modelled perfectly with the original samples of the first post, and same than Baltics, their results don´t change adding Baltic_HG samples.
You can check it for yourself if you want, adding these samples to my original calculator:
Spoiler!
