I double checked Phoenician rule in Iberia and I guess I underestimated it. But still, did anyone do models to confirm that Germanics had no impact?

Vandals had no impact for sure, only Suebis in NW Iberia (Specially Galicia) and Visigothic did leave some minor genetic impact.

Well... this is a complex topic...

When the Germans entered to Hispania there were around 300,000 people, not only warriors, but also their own women, children and the elderly, in a Roman Hispania of around 4 million people.

They were small nations on the move in search of new lands to settle.

The Phoenicians, although they created several colonies, did not emigrate massive, but rather as traders.

In addition, we must take into account the phenomenon of the Reconquest, that is, from 711 until the expulsion of the Moors in the 17th century, there was a genetic replacement (today it would be called genocide), where millions of Hispanic Muslims had to leave their cities to territories not controlled by Christians, to finally have to leave to North Africa in the 17th century.

Bearing in mind that the Reconquest was initiated by descendants of the Visigoths (Don Pelayo), it is not remarkable that the descendants of those 300,000 people were replacing the old native populations, including those hispanian muslims with a strong Iberian component, replacemented for religious reasons.

This would partly explain why the Iberian Peninsula, despite its territory compared to other European countries of similar size such as France or Germany, has always had a considerably smaller population due to this exodus that occurred in the Reconquest.
