Because the indigenous ancestry in England and France is full WHG
in Germany it's WHG + SHG, leading to those fairy-looking youthful types

Alizee Jacotey known as simply Alizee as pop singer is not the right example to give for the simple reason than she's corsican and than corsicans are genetically closer to sardinians or italians
we could been more germanic/scandinavian looking like the France24 journalist, Vanessa Burggraf , for example

Alizee is French, Corsica was described by Coon as being different to Sardinia because it has a higher proportion of Nordid influence thus grouping it more with France. Corsica is to France what Wales is to Britain.

Hey! Don't you exaggerate. As whole, they slightly have a higher frequency of skin type I&II than we do. Nevertheless, as you love to Iberianize us, you exaggerate.
TYPE I & II (Fairest/whitest skin types)
Belgium = 33.9%
Denmark = 31.5%
Finland = 33%
France = 37.3
Iceland = 18.5%
Ireland = 76%
Netherlands = 26%
Spain = 10%
Sweden = 28.6%
Switzerland (German-speaking) - 18.9%
United Kingdom = 54.6%
I see that Belgium and France are more well-balanced as representation of skin types is more spread out than with other populations cited.
