Not that rare in Uruguay and Argentina i would say but they lack the Germanic ancestry that many Southern Brazilians have.
Chile is very mixed.

Yo no se que hay de cierto en los números de de nuestro forero venezolano, pero la realidad objetiva es que Venezuela fue probablemente el 4º país latinoamericano con mayor inmigración europea, por lo que la lógica indica que debe haber más % de población por encima de un 80% europeo, que en su vecina Colombia y evidentemente muy por encima de países como Panamá o Ecuador.

Si no incluimos a Brasil, es el cuarto de ley.
