This interest for IQ will never end, lol. Obviously some populations have developed genes that promote brain growth, that others have never developed, for various reasons, adaptation, civilization etc. even within same nations some mountain people have low IQ. If you carry the ancestral gene you end up having a less developed brain, and your IQ is lower.

Not the whole explanation either, though certainly an important one. As has been discussed before, China was pretty poor long before Mao came along, DPRK until the 1980's was actually wealthier than ROK, and the economic gap between Western and Eastern Europe precedes Lenin and even Marx by several centuries.

All I can say for Romania is that it didn't progress much for centuries because of Ottoman oppression. Until well into the 19th century Moldavia and Wallachia and then later Romania had to pay a high tribute and other taxes to Ottoman Empire and it was both isolated from West and it was overtaxed by incompetent and corrupt princes that until the end of the Crimean War were not even native Romanian for more than a century and a half. The rest of the Balkans was under the direct rule of Ottomans and misruled and oppressed it was. How could you expect any economic and other kind of progress like this? Other peoples were left alone for millennia and made far less progress, but you will defend them and make excuses for them. Romania and Balkan countries had a lot of catching up to do in everything regarding modern civilization and they were making progress when communist rule was imposed on them and that only made things worse in the long run. Other parts of Eastern Europe were not more backward than say Portugal or even Spain or much of Italy before communist era.

That's the point, even if you believe all this is some sort of conspiration of studies to make non white look bad, blabla... developpement, wealth and achievements correlate with it and that, is undeniable. What would be the odds...to match it globally to that level by some incredible draw of luck? Let's be honest, we all know it's zero.

Of course humans are more successful once they reach a certain threshold of intelligence, and probably at a higher level, when they have a tendency to produce geniuses. It's really strange to try deny that, even in reverse, as if success would result in higher IQ, it's the same outcome in the end.

No one is completely unbiased. They do it because they want to show what they think is the truth. They want to show the world something they consider very important, because it explains much about why the world is the way it is. If they are wrong, I still don't think they do it knowing they are wrong and just to make other races look bad or theirs look good.

I certainly don't think that colonialism is the be all and end all explanation. However, it is rather convenient and hypocritical to blame all of Romania's pre-Communist problems on the Ottomans, yet you would never entertain the fact that Western colonialism may have been part of the problem (not the only problem, no, but certainly part of it) in much of the Global South, would you? As for "places being left alone", only Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Thailand, Liberia (albeit founded by freed American slaves) and Ethiopia (before Mussolini's invasion) were never invaded by a European power.

Not as small as that, but certainly the Moorish settlement in Spain was not that enormous either. (Ironically, this is an argument that Spanish nationalists usually do like to emphasise, precisely in order to prove "we are pure and sheet").

I never denied differences read my OP but there is a broad spectrum of human diversity like you too mention differences between men and women i also do not think its good that we are really all equal like in a totalitarian state but i base it on the whole spectrum of humanity and individuality its actually racists who divide people in a few like 5 or 10 large groups and homogenise those groups as oppossed to eatch other
