I voted for Trump twice, but not anymore.

Do you have the impression that many former Trump voters are not voting for him this time? From what I see, it seems the Republican party is very divided and Trump will very probably not win the election vs Biden unless there's sort of a oil price/economic crisis until October.

• As I said before, "Trump plainly and calmly said that Israel had the right to have power over Congress. He didn't make a gaffe, and he didn't try to deflect an accusation." • I still think that Biden "won" the 2020 election through voting fraud. Nothing has been done about this so far, and so it stands to reason that the Democratic candidate will "win" the election again.

Trump has done more than enough to screw his credibility, no doubt. But with another 4 years under the democrats how catastrophic it will be the southern border crisis? It won't be pretty, that's for sure.

The southern border definitely has been a problem during the Biden administration, but not much was actually done during the Trump administration either; only a small part of the border wall was built.

After the election, it might be that the only solution at the federal level would be for both houses of Congress to vote for the necessary laws, and then pass them over Presidential vetoes as necessary.

Since the U.S. federal government has been sitting on its hands so far, it might be more realistic to look for action at the state level. Governors and state legislatures in the border states could take action on their own.

Certainly in the earlier years of the Cold War, the US (like UK and France) were if anything more sympathetic towards the Arab states, whereas Israel was viewed as a vaguely pro-Soviet socialist state. The 1967 War and the emergence of revolutionary Arab leaders like Nasser, Gadaffi, Assad and Saddam did indeed change the dynamics.
