After seeing yours and some of the people's results, if i was a geneticist, i would pack my bags right now and try to uncover ancients DNA in your region! I would look around eastern Anatolia for sure to see what else can be found in this location, that looks breathtaking by the way.

I think my slight bump in distances actually comes from a tiny increase in ancestry from these particular Bichon HG. I noticed this pattern in my samples for some individuals in the area.




But it begs the question, who brought us all down if both the mesolithic and the neolithic descendants of Pinarbasi were that distant... There are several reasons, the main one, people are not ready to know the answer.

It's clear the lower distances to, everything, but in particular to Amerindian came with the IE in the Bronze Age. That is justifiable by the ANE both Amerindians and eastern HG shared.

Probably 56 for Amerindian is the right value but East Asian and Papuan i don't find it acceptable to lower it much further when everybody and their grandmum was way more distant to them just before they arrived. It unfortunately only reinforces every empirical evidences we have about IE now that they were not what people imagined.
