For example if you go to Ireland you won't find people saying "Top of da mornin to ya" either. Most Americans wouldn't even understand a lot of Irish expressions.

I think with G25 there is a lot more Irish samples than Scottish and English so there will be more spread in the Irish samples so i.e. more diversity so you are more likely to match the Irish samples. So basically they need more Scottish and English samples to offset this. I tend towards Orcadians on this more than Irish but because of overlap any close population can match each other.
