Default Putin is E-V13 (most likely)

    Same as Hitler

His relative from paternal side tested at Genotek and his account/results were hacked:

As reported by the German Bild, and reported by Blic, Putin has been found to belong to the haplogroup most common in the Balkans.

In mid-March this year, the Ukrainian website tsn.ua published an article stating that hackers had broken into the computer of Mikhail Putin, who is a cousin of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Since Mikhail Putin is believed to belong to haplogroup E1b, or within this haplogroup subgroup E-V13, Vladimir Putin also belongs to this Y-haplogroup.

This is a very rare haplogroup in Russia, with less than five percent of the population belonging to it. Given that Russia has about 144 million people, E-V13 belongs to less than 3.5 million Russian men.

as article says, his paternal family is documented in central Russia since 17th century

E-V13 isn't unheard of for Russian, we had northern Russian/Tatar TA member here and we was also E-V13

Surname Putun exist among Serbs from Banat. Serbs from Banat are heavy E-V13, because of their deeper roots from Kosovo and SE Serbia. Migrations of Serbs to Russia were not all recorded, there was tons of small and individual before or much before bigger one from 1751. when Serbs settled in Donbas and central Ukraine.

I don't consider Putin a bad leader, but if he is E-V13, I will have to revise my opinion..

R1a or N are more charismatic Y-DNA for a Russian, imo.

    common peasant haplogroups everyone has

This is way more interesting. I don't remember any relevant leader with R1a, most overrated haplogroup ever lol
