IMHO, these are remnants of the Przeworsk and Wielbark cultures — of the Wends and the Goths. The supposed Iberian admixture is nothing more than a legacy of the Globular Amphora Culture (GAC). One can speculate about the language spoken by the Trzciniec culture that followed the Corded Ware culture, but it certainly was not Germanic. Based on strong genetic correlations, it was more likely a proto-Balto-Slavic language.
The presence of Celts in what is now Poland is well known to archaeologists, particularly within the Przeworsk culture. Their influence is especially evident in the form of inhumation (non-cremation) burials, which clearly stand out.
