Its weird how rare J-L283 is are in armenians.

The best haplogroup.
They have ancient sample of J-L283. And its where J-L283 likely originated because the most basal J-L283 was found there.
But in modern armenians its almost non existant

If someone from Kayseri (Cappadocia) has R-Y4364 (R-Y4364 -> R-Y4366) Y-DNA, does this indicate Armenian ancestry?
