I don't know the references for other countries because I'm not that familiar with them, but the Spanish ones have a strangely high first coordinate compared to the official ones, even though they plot similarly in the PCA. Where did these coordinates come from? Are they simulated from Gedmatch calculator coordinates?

For example, Andalusia usually has 0.108.... in its first coordinate and the one you posted is 0.120.... a figure that in the official datasheet is only seen in coordinates of regions around Basques or northeast in Spain.

I think part of the problem is that most of the samples that I chose are biased more towards EEF populations than Steppe ones so the nMonte is selecting the few Steppe biased samples such as the Irish ones.
