qpAdm, by the virtue of how it works, does not "overestimate" anything. It is literally the only tool that is objective. Every other tool underestimates ZNF in Europeans

But in certain scenerios it can if you don't set up rights and lefts correctly. In my experience, QAPDM sucks at distinguishing CHG from ZNF. That's why I think it overestimates.
