it says closest to serbs are bulgarians and then turks,armenians... and most common type is the anatolian type i guess somekind of turanid and then dinaric and then slavic only really common in vojvodina and croats are closer to germans but also corsicans

No, things have changed a lot since then. For example they talk about "Sardinians being close to Croats" but today we know that haplogorup I2 is divided between the South-Slavic branch and the Ibero-Sardinian branch. Also today we have Autosomal dna analyiss, )genome-wide, not just haplogorup markers) back then in 2000 we didn't or it was very limited.

That's very funny because my 23andMe shows 0% out of Europe. Not even 0.1% out of Europe. Not even <0.1% out of Europe as I seen profiles have. So how is that possible? Or maybe your dumbass doesn't know how to read study
