Default FSA or Syrian Army, who do you support?

If you were Syrian and had to join one side, which would it be?

FSA since Turkmens are largely partipicating in them and also because of the fact, Assad family is never trustable to Turkey.

Ideologically I am closer to Assad(militarist, left-nationalist) but I support FSA in a Machiavellian way. I was in a debate about it but I'll go on after I'll back to İstanbul after some days.

    FSA.

Assad really isn't a left-nationalist. He represents less than 8% of ethnic Syrians. He's a Russian backed dictator and in the past has actually been very close to the West, so where this idea comes from that he's this great nationalist I'll never know. He is just a rich dictator with light eyes who has no connection to Syrians. He is propped up by Iran.

I can say he and his father corrupted the left-nationalism with Eurasianism(aka Russian lapdogism) and Shia secterianism. Baathism is a nice ideology at real, too bad all Arab Ba'ath leaders corrupted it to a degree. Michael Aflaq is turning on his grave.

I am with Assad because the FSA are just anarchists. I hope the Syrian Army will restore order, but it looks like they're getting pounded badly. If I was a Syrian I would join the Syrian Army, even though it's not looking good for them now. I hope Russia will steppe in and crush the rebels. FSA is a bunch of teenagers who have nothing better to do.

The vast majority of the Syrian people support their rightful government against these murderous, Western-backed gangs of foreign terrorists and political Islamists.

    So do I.

I support the Syrian Army because of this:
    http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Middle_East/NG24Ak02.html
While traveling in the region of Homs, Hackensberger heard similar stories about the conduct of the rebels. One - now former - resident of the city of Qusayr told him that not only were Christians like himself expelled from the town, but that anyone who refused to enroll their children in the Free Syrian Army had been shot. Hackensberger's source held foreign Islamists responsible for the atrocities. "I have seen them with my own eyes," he said, "Pakistanis, Libyans, Tunisians and also Lebanese. They call Osama bin Laden their sheikh."
A Sunni resident of Homs told Hackensberger that he had witnessed how an armed group stopped a bus: "The passengers were divided into two groups: on the one side, Sunnis; on the other, Alawis." According to Hackenberger's source, the insurgents then proceeded to decapitate the nine Alawi passengers.
Bitches better get out of my homeland.

Edit: Note how the second source is from a SUNNI resident. THAT is why I don't consider myself sectarian.

Bashar Al-Assad and his army all the way. The "rebels" are invaders, not rebels.

If this was my country, I would fight in the army to protect my country from invaders and western propaganda.

    Syrian Government

    - Because they aren't the evil tyrants western puppet media makes them out to be. Plus they are better than any government the Sunni Islamist dominated 'rebellion' would create. Libya 2.0 anyone?

    - Because they are friends of Iran and enemies of the USA. In other words their government isn't some American-allied puppet state like Bahrain. Note how America never condemns Bahrain's suppression of it's people.

    - Because the 'rebels' are largely just foreign merc's, al-qaeda backed Islamists and Sunni extremists.

    - They and Iran are a necessary counter-balance to the Sunni-led Saudi/Gulf State coalition.
