Gazohori ouzokafene. A very local experience if you want to eat some meze and drink some ouzo or beer etc.

Acropolis museum. A must see of course

unfortunately i live there (zwgrafou) and work in glyfada. Athens is the worse capital of balkans.

As far as people being polite, give me a break. The yelling and screaming (malaka, pout***a, aei s***sou) that we hear in athens streets is just unbelievable ...

Some one has to tell the truth. Being positive about athens is like being polite to the cancer and not to the patient. You see?

Athens should be dropped from capital of Greece. Maybe Crete or Thesaloniki would be a more suitable capital.

Don`t take it personal, but I have never been intrested in Greece and the cultural heritage of this country. It is not connected to the economy or other issues.
It has always been the case. I just feel no enthusiasm for it.
