Your premise is that don't believe that people should have sex for any other reason than to reproduce, but you propose limiting access of women to contraception to do this. Since you didn't say, limit access to contraception to everyone, or make recreational sex illegal, it kind of stinks of just garden variety misogyny. Which makes it easy to dismiss. Do I think people should be more responsible about sex? Yes. Do I think people are going to stop having sex? No. As such contraception is imperative to controlling an already problematic population size.
