Which genetics? Genetics says Iberians are short, not your own opinion. My whole family is tall as fuck. "Negão de 2 metros' is a common expression in Brazilian society, because niggas here are famous for being tall. Never saw any white Brazilian taller than 170cm especially if they are of Southern European ancestry. Only German ones are reallly tall here. My father for exemple is 190cm, ive seen plenty negroes like him but no white. Our typical white gurl dont have more than 160cm. Even in our novelas black gurls are always taller than them, especially if they are from Bahia because Nigerians are tall, its a trait of their ethnicity, same way being dwarf is a trait of southern European races.

Thats expression does not exist in Sao Paulo and I have no doubt blacks are short in Brazil, our blacks are not like black americans, its visible how whites are taller here by a big difference, second are pardos, third blacks and fouth probably amerindian.

The only tall white brazilians I see here are those of recent italian/german ancestry.

In my family all men are 1.75-1.90
All women 1.65-1.76
Im 1.74 which is taller than most latino guys average, latino women are mostly 1.60

Nope. Only the Amerindian shifted ones, who are far from being the majority. Pardos and Blacks from Bahia are pretty tall.

Because blacks in Rio are genetically ' blacker ' than most blacks from other parts of Brazil, there is a carioca in my class and he is quite tall, something like 185 cm tall. I agree to the rest, for example, blacks from Maranhão are not tall at all, I think it is due to the indigenous influence. Anyway, most people here are not tall.

When I see some groups of african immigrants in the center, some africans are tall, others short, black brazilians mostly short, haitians were diverse from medium to short, bolivians always very very short.

But yep, South is probably even taller than Canada which is full of indians/indonesians/phillipines.
