Yes. I'm a carnivore. I don't get how some people are vegetarians, my energy levels go way down without meat after a couple of days.

I have, I didn't dislike nor particularly like it. I've only ever had bacon and cuts of pork in Souvlaki (usually eat it with chicken now) though. These days I'll avoid it out of deference to pig intelligence, though somewhere within the deepest depths of my Yiddishe soul there may be a slight distaste for it. Much of my family will gladly eat it though.

I have no problem eating pork mince, though.

If a meal containing pork meat has a "pork taste" that meal is not done properly. Most likely the seasoning is wrong.

I eat my father's home made sausage almost on a daily basis. You couldn't tell it's made from pork, the spices suppress the "pork taste".

Same with beef. It often has a bad taste that has to be suppressed by spices.
